Lead HVAC Installer — Daflure

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM (1-hour lunch). Overtime available when you want the extra hours.

As a Lead Installer at Daflure, you’ll own the quality and pace of the work on site, partner with a team that backs you up on tools and materials, and earn completion bonuses when you finish strong with no callbacks. What you’ll do

You’ll lead installations from start to finish, hitting (or beating) budgeted labor hours while holding our quality standard. A typical day means arriving on site ready to work by 7:30, checking in with your Field Install Leader on progress, and staying a step ahead on what you’ll need tomorrow — flagging stock, fabrication, or material needs early so nothing slows you down.

Beyond the wrench work, you’ll keep your job site and company vehicle clean and organized, document your hours and materials each day through the ADP app, and capture the close-out details that get jobs paid: model/serial photos, probe reports, and final customer signatures before you leave. When a job hits a snag, you’ll get ahead of it — a quick call to your lead so the team can solve it together. You’ll also pitch in on warehouse tasks (stocking, job pulls, deliveries, fabrication) when the schedule allows, and bring your ideas to the table on how to install smarter and cheaper.

Two ground rules that protect you and the customer: any change to the scope of a job gets pre-approved by the Comfort Specialist first, and you stay reachable to office staff, customers, and field crew by phone, text, or email during the day. Good communication is what keeps our jobs — and your bonuses — on track.

How success is measured

We keep this simple and transparent. You’re doing great when:

• Jobs finish on or ahead of schedule, with any delays flagged early
• Close-out documentation (photos, probe reports, signatures, payment/financing) is complete before you leave the site
• Workmanship callbacks stay under 5% per month
• Your job sites and vehicle stay clean and organized

Pay & bonuses

You’ll start at a base hourly rate, paid for shop time at Daflure plus drive and on-site time. On top of that, you’re eligible for per-job completion bonuses when you wrap a job early with no callbacks in the first 30 days. Finish clean, finish fast, get paid for it.
