What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Installer, you’ll bring comfort to homes and businesses by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems the right way. Day to day, you’ll:

• Install HVAC systems from blueprints — connecting ductwork, electrical/gas lines, and refrigeration lines with precision
• Run basic system checks and fine-tuning after install so every job is dialed in before you leave
• Partner with your Field Leader to plan the day and keep projects moving
• Keep your truck and job sites clean and organized — a sign of a pro who respects the craft and the customer’s home
• Track your hours, materials, and job details so everything runs smoothly (and your paycheck is never held up)
• Pitch in on warehouse tasks, fabrication, and deliveries when the team needs it
• Share ideas to work smarter — we listen to the people doing the work

Your Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM start, with occasional overtime when the work calls for it. Crews roll out by 7:00 AM to hit the first job by 7:30.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid HVAC installation skills and the ability to read blueprints [adjust: “or willingness to learn — we’ll train the right person”]
• [EPA 608 certification — required or preferred?]
• [Valid driver’s license / clean driving record]
• A team player with a positive attitude who communicates well and takes ownership
• Someone who takes pride in clean work, safety, and leaving customers happy
