I’ll start. Showed up to a no-cool call. Customer meets me in the driveway and says “”before you check anything, I already know what’s wrong, I just need you to confirm it.”” Spent 20 minutes listening to her explain how the “”freon”” had “”leaked into the basement”” and was making her dog sick.
Compressor was seized. R-410A. No leak. Dog was fine.
