Walk-in cooler short-cycling. Gut check on the diagnosis

Walk-in cooler at a deli. 8×10, Copeland 2HP condensing unit. Compressor short-cycles — runs 3 minutes, off for 90 seconds, repeat. Box temp is holding 38°F so the customer doesn’t care, but I do.

I’m thinking thermostat differential set too tight, but before I touch it I want to make sure I’m not missing a bigger issue. Refrigerant pressures normal. No ice on coil. Door seal good. Defrost cycle running normally.

Anything else I should check?
