Restaurant owner here. Walk-in cooler 10×12, used for prep and produce, ran fine yesterday. Tonight (Saturday, of course) interior temp is at 52°F and climbing. Condensing unit on the roof is running, fan blade spinning, evaporator inside the box has both fans running too.
I’ve got product I’m worried about. My service guy doesn’t answer Saturdays.
Is there anything I should check before this gets worse, or am I just trying to find an emergency service call?
