      I’m a service tech but the owner has me sit in on PM contract pricing because I’m the one who has to actually do the work. I think we’re underpricing by 20-30% based on the time we spend.

      For owners and senior techs — what’s your pricing model? Per-unit, per-tonnage, flat per-site, multiplier on hours? And how do you handle the “”we said 4 hours but it’s really 6″” problem on existing contracts?
