Indeed and Glassdoor numbers are useless for our trade. Let’s actually share.
Format if you want:
– Years in
– Region (state is enough)
– Hourly or commission/spiff
– Average weekly take-homeI’ll start: 12 years, Mid-Atlantic, $42/hr base + spiff structure, averaging $1,800-$2,200/week before taxes depending on the season.
