– Position: Senior residential service tech
– Location: Bergen / Passaic / Essex counties
– Comp: $40-55/hr base depending on experience, plus spiff structure averaging $400-$800/week
– Truck, fuel card, phone, uniforms, full benefits, 401k match
– Looking for someone who can run their own calls day one. Strong diagnostic and customer-facing skills required.
– NOT a PE-backed shop. Family-owned 22 years.
