I’ll say what nobody wants to say: I miss single-stage equipment.

Yes inverters are more efficient. Yes they’re quieter. Yes the customer is happy on day one. But the diagnostic time, the proprietary tools, the board failures, the parts availability — it’s killing my callback rate and my profit per truck.
