Intermittent low pressure lockout, no leak found in 3 visits. what am I missing?

3-ton Goodman heat pump, 5 years old. Customer calls every 2-3 weeks with “”no cool.”” Get there, system is locked out on low pressure. Reset, system runs perfectly. Pressures and superheat/subcool dead on after 20 min runtime.

– Leak searched the whole system twice with electronic and dye. Nothing.
– Refrigerant levels correct every time I check.
– TXV operating normally when running.
– Coil clean, filter clean, blower clean, condenser clean.
– Outdoor temp doesn’t correlate to when it locks out.

I’m about to throw a contactor at it just because. What’s your gut say?
