HVAC Mafia Community Rules read before posting

These rules keep the forum useful for everyone. Violations get a warning, then a ban. We don’t argue about it.

THE RULES:

1. No DIY advice in Tech-to-Tech sections. Homeowners and equipment owners post in the AOP (Ask Our Pros) sections only.
2. No pricing discussion in AOP. We don’t tell homeowners what jobs should cost. Pricing belongs in Business, Pricing & The Trade.
3. No unauthorized recruiters. Job postings are welcome from owners and managers. Third-party staffing agencies need approval first.
4. No marketing without approval. Promoting your own product, service, or shop is a privilege, not a right. DM admin first.
5. No personal attacks. Disagree all you want. Call out bad work all you want. Don’t make it personal.
6. No politics outside dedicated threads. The trade is the trade. Save the rest for Twitter.
7. Keep it PG-13. Cuss when it fits. Don’t make it the whole personality.

If you see something that breaks the rules, flag it. Don’t try to mod it yourself.
