How to post a job or look for work here

Quick rules so this section stays useful and doesn’t turn into Indeed-spam:

POSTING A JOB (employers/owners):
– One thread per open position. Don’t bump.
– Include: location, position type (resi/commercial/install/service), comp range, key benefits.
– “”Competitive pay”” is not a comp range. If you can’t list a number, don’t post.
– No staffing agencies or third-party recruiters without prior approval.
– Free to post for now. Paid promoted listings coming next month.

LOOKING FOR WORK (techs):
– One thread per person. Update your existing thread instead of starting new ones.
– Include: location/willing-to-relocate, years of experience, what you’re looking for, what you’re NOT looking for.
– No need to post your full resume — keep it short, employers will DM you.

Anyone violating gets a warning, then gets the boot.
