I own a small office building, 3 RTUs (5-ton each, Carrier, around 8 years old). Got a pitch from a service company for a “”quarterly PM”” contract at $X per quarter per unit. My current guy does it once a year for less.
What’s industry standard? Am I over-paying for what I have, under-paying for what I should have, or about right? Trying to make a smart decision before the season picks up.
