EPA aside (I know what it says, save the lectures). Real question: when a customer flat-out refuses leak search and just wants a recharge to limp through the season — how do you handle the conversation?
I usually do the “”I can’t in good conscience”” speech but I lose maybe 1 in 4 of those calls to the next guy who will. So my “”ethics”” are mostly losing me money.
How do you actually thread this?
