Same rules as Residential AOP plus:
– Identify the equipment AND your business type. “”Walk-in cooler”” alone doesn’t help. “”10×12 walk-in cooler in a restaurant, Copeland condensing unit, 1.5HP”” gives us something to work with.
– Don’t expect free service-call-by-text. We can give you direction, not full diagnosis remotely.
– If it’s safety-related (refrigerant leak, gas leak, electrical) — call a pro NOW, ask questions later.— Randy
