Apprentice checking in – 8 months in, drinking from the firehose

Hey all. 8 months into my apprenticeship at a residential shop. Most days I feel like I know nothing and the other days I feel like I know slightly less than that.

Here for the dumb questions section honestly. My journeyman is great but I’m not gonna keep asking him the same thing 4 times a week.
