What Keeps Me In The Trade
The hard calls. When a problem has already beaten multiple techs, that's the one John wants.

Proudest Job / War Story
It started with a lost bid. The homeowner went with another contractor, and that contractor completely blew the design. It was basically raining from the ductwork, inside the house and up in the attic. John tore out every piece of the other company's work and put in a new system and new ducts. The homeowner was extremely happy with the result.
Sometimes you lose the bid and still end up doing the job right.
Advice for Apprentices
