Thermodynamix was built around a straightforward idea: homeowners deserve a better experience from their HVAC company, and talented people in the trades deserve a better place to build their careers.
What began as a local HVAC company has grown into a home services organization serving customers throughout Westchester, Putnam, and Fairfield Counties.
We've grown by focusing on our people, our customers, and doing things the right way. As the company continues to expand, we're investing heavily in technology, training, modern HVAC systems, operations, and new opportunities for the people who grow with us.
We're family-owned and operated, but we're building the infrastructure and career opportunities of a much larger organization.
What makes you different?
What Makes Thermodynamix Different?
We're not interested in being another old-school HVAC shop.
Thermodynamix embraces modern HVAC technology, including cold-climate heat pumps, inverter-driven systems, ductless technology, high-efficiency equipment, and advanced controls.
We're also investing in the technology behind the business from ServiceTitan and modern dispatching to digital estimating, customer communication, training, and operational systems.
For technicians and installers, that means an opportunity to learn where the industry is going rather than only working on where it has been.

Company Culture
What's the Culture Like?
Our culture is built around growth, accountability, teamwork, and opportunity.
We expect people to take pride in their work and take care of our customers, but we also believe strong performance should create opportunity.
We want ambitious people.
If you want to learn another part of the trade, become a lead installer, move into service, become a comfort advisor, supervise a team, or eventually move into management, we want to help create that path.
We're building Thermodynamix for the long term, and we're looking for people who want to build their careers alongside us.

Community
Thermodynamix is locally and family owned and operated, and the communities we serve are also the communities where our employees and customers live.
We believe in supporting local organizations, participating in community events, building relationships with other local businesses, and creating skilled-trade career opportunities for the next generation.
