RULES for homeowners- read before asking

Welcome. This section is for equipment owners (homeowners) to ask our pros for help.

RULES:
1. Tell us your equipment: brand, model, age, refrigerant type if you know it.
2. Tell us your symptom clearly. “”It’s broken”” doesn’t help us.
3. Pictures help. A LOT. Picture of the data plate, picture of the unit, picture of what you’re seeing.
4. We will NOT discuss pricing. Don’t ask “”is this a fair quote?”” Get 3 estimates locally.
5. We will NOT walk you through DIY repairs that involve refrigerant, gas, or high voltage. We will tell you when to call a pro.
6. Be respectful. Our pros are answering on their lunch break, not on the clock.
