Curious how everyone sequences a no-cool call to be efficient without skipping anything. Here’s mine right now:
1. Talk to customer 30 sec — when did it start, anything unusual
2. Check thermostat (battery, setting, calling for cool)
3. Check filter
4. Outdoor unit — listen first, then look (contactor, capacitor, fan motor, compressor amps)
5. If outdoor running, indoor — coil, blower, drain
6. Pressures last
Trying to figure out where I’m losing time. What does yours look like?
